Hey Chad, so great to hear from you. I think about you from time-to-time and wonder where you are and how you’re doing, so this was perfect. (The Internet is wonderful for reconnecting with folks.) Holy Cow!!! I am Ranger Chad!! Jim, I still keep up with your page to see the pictures of Ft McHenry. I miss Baltimore dearly, and currently am working at Jean Lafitte Natl Historical Park and Preserve in New Orleans LA. If I never said thank you, for your time in making me immortal . . . THANK YOU! For what its worth, my mom has the copy you sent me framed and hanging at the house in Memphis.

I’ve visited your wonderful blog at http://thoughtsontheatre.wordpress.com/ and have linked to it‚ attracted by the beautiful thoughts and images on a range of art subjects. FYI, I’ll be offering many more of Arthur Millers quotes on playwriting — culled from his Paris Review interview — perhaps as many as a dozen individual posts over as many weeks — all of which will show up on Wednesdays. Thanks again for your comment, which somehow I lost in the shuffle.

The one thing I did right was to keep a copy. This is what it said:
